What types of cases does Unscrewed handle?

We assist both individuals and small businesses with disputes involving unscrupulous people in a wide variety of business areas, including:

  • Credit card chargebacks

  • Vehicle repair and insurance issues

  • Heavy equipment rentals

  • Medical and healthcare disputes

How much does it cost to work with Unscrewed?

We start with a free consultation to review your situation. After that, fees vary depending on the complexity of your case, but we are always far more affordable than traditional attorney fees.

Can you help if no money is involved?

Absolutely. Even if recovering money isn’t possible, we expose wrongdoing, warn others, and hold unethical individuals or businesses accountable.

What if fraud involves immigration-related issues?

In cases involving immigration fraud or misuse, we escalate the matter to ICE for investigation.

How long does it take to resolve a case?

Every situation is different. Some issues are resolved quickly, while others take time. We focus on getting results efficiently while making sure wrongdoers are held accountable.

How do I get started with Unscrewed?

What will Unscrewed need from me?

We will need a written summary from you that details the following:

What happened?

When did it happen?

Where did it happen?

Who was involved?

  • Your name and contact information, including your preferred contact methods and times; 

  • Any witnesses' information who can help validate or refute your claim(s) of targeted wrongdoing; 

  • Name and known contact information about the one(s) who screwed you over.

Why have you turned to Unscrewed for help?

How did you learn that you had been screwed over by this person(s) or company? 

What action(s) have you taken to date to resolve this matter with the wrongdoer, including emails, phone calls, text messages, mailed letters, or social media posts?

We will also need copies of all communications (dated and preferably in sequential order), all related charges, receipts, and any other proof that you have been screwed over.  For example, if you performed a service for an individual who now refuses to pay you for your work, copies of your work invoices or bill of sale will strengthen your case and our leverage in your case.

What if I don’t have all of these documents and details?

Provide us with what you can. This includes copies of all the evidence you can gather. Ask your witnesses to provide you with a written or recorded statement of their historical recall and/or pictures of the incident, or conversation exchanges.

How does Unscrewed get paid to represent me?

We get paid when you get paid.  Our fee is 10% of the settlement or payback you receive from the individual or entity that settles with you to get released from Unscrewed’s Ripoff Jail. When the settlement payment is wired to your bank, the 10% commission payment for Unscrewed is wired simultaneously to our designated account by the same bank making the wire payment to you.
